As regards services rendered by our office pertaining to maintaining integrated accounts we ensure compliance with all guidelines contained in the Accounting Act of 29th September 1994 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 152, item 1223, as amended) as well as all executive acts issued by the Minister of Finance in this area.
The services are performed in our law office, in the centre of Warsaw, at UL. Emilii Plater 53.
We work with licensed software of Insert Sp. z o.o. (“Rachmistrz”) and RAKS Sp. z o.o. (RAKS DOS, RAKS 2000, RAKS SQL).
At the Customer’s request it is possible to maintain accounting records at the seat of the ordering party or in any other place indicated by the Customer and with the use of an accounting application selected by the Customer.
After the end of a given financial year we prepare financial statements for the Customers maintaining integrated accounts. The statements very often serve as a basis for accounting books compliance survey conducted by certified auditors. Financial statements prepared by AVANTI Kancelaria Podatkowo - Księgowa S.C. have earned positive opinions of such auditing companies as Deloitte Advisory Sp. z o.o., Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o. and Ernst& Young Polska Sp. z o.o.
The financial statements are prepared in Polish, but at the Customer’s request they may be made out also in other languages.
Moreover, we maintain revenue and expense ledgers with the use of an accounting application of the company Insert Sp. z o.o. (“Rachmistrz 3”, “Rachmistrz 4”).
Within the framework of the accounting services rendered we prepare for our Customers also the following documents:
- monthly tax returns,
- purchase and sale registers for VAT purposes,
- fixed asset depreciation and amortization tables,
- all financial analyses and reports orders by the Customers.
